Drinks receptions will take place during the poster sessions on Thursday 25 October, Friday 26 October and Saturday 27 October. All delegates are welcome to attend the poster sessions.

Congress dinner event
The Congress dinner event will be held at the Westminster Boating Base on the evening of Saturday 27 October. The informal networking reception will offer views of the River Thames with complimentary drinks and buffet style served food. Places are limited and tickets can be purchased during online registration.

Students/Concessionary Ticket: £35+VAT (£42)
Coach transfers will be provided between the QEII Centre to Westminster Boating Base.
- Coaches will depart from QEII Centre to Westminster Boating Base at 19:00 and 19:15
- Coaches will depart from Westminster Boating Base to QEII at 22:00, 22:15, 22:30, 22:45 and 23:00

Walking tours
Private group walking tours of Westminster are available on the evening of Sunday 28 October (18:00-19:30). Tickets are £7.50+VAT (£9) and can be purchased during online registration.
Tours will depart from QEII at 18:00 in groups of 25. For those delegates that have purchased tickets, please meet in QEII Foyer from 17:45.
